Join me for a free one-night wild camping adventure! We’ll head out for an afternoon hike, carry our overnight gear, and set up camp somewhere wild and beautiful. Depending on the group and conditions, there may even be the option to tackle a mountain summit! Improve mountain skills, navigation, and confidence while enjoying a memorable night out in nature.
Where? Current thinking is around the Ben More Assynt area, but the exact location will depend on attendees and the weather (we’ll aim for something central and accessible).
What’s included? The chance to wild camp with a small group of like-minded folk, soak up incredible views, learn lots, and enjoy a night under the stars.
What to bring? Your own camping gear, food, and sense of adventure. For guidance, see my wild camping checklist.
NEED TO BORROW KIT? I have a limited amount of kit I can lend out, first come first serve, so if you need to borrow something to enable you to join, please reach out. A detailed list of what to wear and bring will be sent to you.
This will be a relaxed, beginner-friendly outing, with a focus on enjoying the journey and the landscape rather than speed.
